Moves time
AI workflows
New inquiries get answered and follow-ups get drafted by AI, with a person on your team approving what matters. The routine stops eating the week.
Inquiries answered in minutes. Documents drafted, not typed.
AI that does the work · Tri-State first, nationwide
I put AI to work on the jobs that eat your week, like answering new leads and building the Monday report. Each install is tied to a number you already track, so you can see whether it worked.
What we install
Every install is tied to a number you already track: less cost and time per unit of work, or more revenue per lead. If it doesn't move one of them, it doesn't get built.

Moves cost
The hand-offs between your tools happen on their own: records updated, documents requested, reports assembled. Fewer errors and less overhead on every job.
The Monday report builds itself. Nobody chases paperwork.
Moves revenue
When off-the-shelf doesn't fit, I build the tool your business runs on: lead scoring, pricing, pipeline, a client portal. You own it outright.
The right leads first. Faster quotes. A process competitors can't buy.
A vendor ships a tool and leaves. An operator starts from one number, such as hours per week or revenue per lead, then installs what moves it and measures that same number again after it ships.
Any industry qualifies. If the same work repeats every week, or leads go cold before anyone answers, there is something to install.
How it works
You can stop after any of them.
20 minutes, Fridays and Saturdays
You name the workflow that costs the most. I tell you whether it's worth fixing and what fixing it would take.
Priced on the call, credited to the build
I measure where the hours, the cost and the revenue actually go, and hand back a plan with the upside quantified. Credited in full against the build.
Set in the Diagnostic
The install goes into production inside the tools your team already uses. You approve the number before work starts.
Monthly, quoted once live
I operate and tune what was installed, measured against the number we agreed in the Diagnostic.
Where we work
Primary market
New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. This is home, so the Diagnostic walkthrough and the kickoff can happen in person, at your office.
Everywhere else
Remote, with the same process and the same person on every call. Most of the work happens inside your tools anyway.
The newsletter
A weekly read on what operations actually cost and where the hours go, with every figure cited to its primary source. New issues land every Tuesday.
The first edition covers real estate. The method carries to any owner-run business.
The FBI logged 12,368 real estate fraud complaints and $275.1 million in losses last year.
A federal reporting rule for residential closings took effect on March 1st and was vacated nationwide on the 19th.
MIT found only 40% of companies had bought an AI subscription while staff at more than 90% were using personal tools for work anyway.
Choose a Friday or Saturday slot. Book at least 12 hours ahead.
Come with the one workflow that costs the most hours or loses the most leads. That's where the 20 minutes go.

Who you'll talk to
You'll talk to me, Kenneth Lionel, the founder. I build every system myself. I'm also studying mathematical finance at Seton Hall, so the work starts from your numbers. The person on the call is the person who installs your system and runs it after it ships.
Nothing gets passed to someone you've never met. From the first call to the running system, it's one person.
You sign and pay in one client portal, then approve each piece of work there. Sign-in is a one-time email link.
Every step is scoped and approved by you before it starts. Never hourly.
Yes. Twenty minutes and no obligation. If there's nothing worth fixing, I'll say so, and that still counts as a good call.
Any owner-run business where the same work repeats every week or where leads go cold before anyone answers. The industry matters less than the repetition.
Yes. The Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) is home, so in-person work is available there. Everywhere else in the US is remote, with the same process and the same terms.
Calls run on Fridays and Saturdays. Book at least 12 hours ahead.
The call is free. If there is something worth fixing, the Diagnostic is scoped and priced on the call, fixed before it starts and credited in full against the build. The first three clients get the Diagnostic at 50% off. A build is a fixed fee set in the Diagnostic, never hourly. Running it afterwards is optional and quoted once the build is live.
No. Everything is installed inside the tools your team already uses. Proprietary software is built only where nothing off the shelf fits.
Bring the workflow that costs the most. You'll leave with a clear next step or a clear no.
